Job description
ODDITY LABS is seeking a Senior Research Associate to serve as the hands-on technical anchor for dermatology assay workflows in our Cambridge, MA laboratory. You will execute, optimize, and document experiments that support target validation and translational substantiation, working closely with PhD scientists and training junior staff.
You will manage cell-based, biochemical, and ex vivo assays, ensure assay reliability, and contribute to data generation and SOP improvements.
