Job description
Haynes Materials Company, based in Connecticut, seeks a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead design-build projects in Oxford, CT.
You will own scope, schedule, budget, and quality from planning through closeout while protecting margin and delivering value for multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use developments. You will manage procurement, lead meetings with owners and subcontractors, ensure safety on site, and mentor junior staff to raise the bar for the team.
