Job description
Compass, Inc. seeks a Senior Design Manager to lead the product design team for the consumer experience across compass.com and the Compass consumer mobile app (iOS and Android). You will bridge vision and execution, guiding a team from discovery to delivery while collaborating with Engineering and Product Management leaders.
You will mentor designers, drive usability and accessibility, and partner with analytics to measure impact on engagement and retention in a fast-paced environment.
