Job description
Compass in Seattle is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the consumer design team across compass.com and the Compass consumer mobile app. You will bridge vision and delivery, shaping the end-to-end user journey for buyers and sellers.
You will mentor designers, partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics, and ensure a high bar for usability, accessibility, and brand consistency across web and mobile platforms.
