Job description
Compass is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the product design team for the consumer experience, spanning compass.com and the Compass mobile apps. You will bridge vision and execution, mentoring designers and partnering with Engineering and Product Management to deliver high-impact user experiences.
You bring 8–10 years of UX design with 2–4 years of people management, a track record in consumer apps, and strong storytelling to executives.
