Job description
Empower AI seeks a Tier II / Deskside Lead to drive end-user computing operations for a DoD-focused enterprise program. You will lead desktop support across headquarters, regional sites, and training locations, ensuring secure, standardized, and highly automated endpoints.
This onsite role is based in Quantico, VA (RKB) with travel up to 10%. You will manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and engineers, oversee imaging and patching with MECM/SCCM, and coordinate with cybersecurity and RMF
