Job description
The Environmental League of Massachusetts (ELM) and the ELM Action Fund (ELM AF) seek a Senior Development Manager to drive engagement and stewardship of corporate and foundation partners and individual donors. The Senior Manager will report to the VP of Development and Finance and work closely staff and Board members including the President and Leadership Team members.
Responsibilities:
Partnership BuildingIdentify, research and drive plans to engage prospective corporate, foundation and individual partners and donors
Prepare meeting briefs for prospective partners and support ELM staff in developing new relationships
Lead the outreach process for prospective sponsors of ELM’s annual Earth Night event
Partner Engagement and StewardshipManage a portfolio of corporate, foundation and middle donors
