Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
Qorali are looking for a highly skilled individual that has a strong background in cloud environments, containerization, IaC and level 2 technical support skills.
This role is focused within level 2 support in the organization, allowing you to experience a variety of technologies and challenges which will allow for strong professional growth.
Expectations for role
Manage a hybrid cloud environment while supporting applications such as AWS to optimize performance, cost‑efficiency, and security.
Experience with Kubernetes clusters to deploy, scale and manage containerized applications.
Experience in different DevOps tools to configure ServiceNow platforms to support other IT workflows and automate incident management.
Level 2 technical support for complex problems involving troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure and application performance related to software engineering.
Integrated with multiple teams like deployment, SRE, and software development teams.
Monitoring logging solutions with comprehensive understanding, with a proactive approach to optimize system health and resolve issues.
Technical Skills
Expertise in cloud engineering with AWS
Substantial experience with troubleshooting and looking at log files to gather and monitor data for analysis.
Comfortable with containerization using Kubernetes
First‑hand experience using ServiceNow
Ability to enhance the environment within Level 2 technical support for a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.
Problem‑solving, communication skills, and analytical mindset.
