Job description
Fuze Health’s Alto Pharmacy is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Engineering organization. You will lead secure cloud architecture across AWS/GCP and embed security deeply into the engineering lifecycle, shaping strategy and governance for nationwide scale.
This hands-on role requires designing secure CI/CD pipelines, enforcing least-privilege IAM, and mentoring engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps practices while partnering with Security, Compliance, and IT teams.
