Job description
Digicomm Semiconductor INC in Austin, TX is seeking a verification engineer to run formal verification between synthesized netlists and post DFT netlists, and to generate DFT constraints for backend tools.
You will provide the BE team with post DFT netlists and constraints, develop validation plans, generate ATPG patterns, perform MBIST testing from block to top level, and monitor coverage and pattern counts across pre- and post-layout netlists.
