Job description
Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise is seeking a Principal Design Engineer to drive DFT for DRAM memory products.
You will blend hands-on circuit design with architectural thinking and forward-looking methodology development to ensure testability and production readiness. You will define DFT requirements, design and evaluate new circuits and architectures, and collaborate across design, verification, product engineering, and manufacturing to achieve coverage, cost, and quality goals.
