Senior Digital Commerce / Marketing Technology Consultant (PIM, AEM & eCommerce)
Location: Onsite, Minneapolis, MN
Job Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Commerce / Marketing Technology Consultant to bridge the gap between marketing strategy, digital experience, product content, and eCommerce architecture. In this role, you will help enterprise organizations manage, integrate, and optimize product information and digital content across complex customer-facing channels. You will play a vital role in designing and orchestrating how product data flows from Product Information Management (PIM) platforms into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital commerce ecosystems to deliver consistent, high-impact digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery: Support the design, implementation, enhancement, and optimization of end-to-end solutions involving PIM, AEM, digital content, and eCommerce platforms.
Content & Data Architecture: Manage and optimize product catalogs, attributes, hierarchies, classifications, taxonomies, and digital assets across multi-channel environments.
System Integration: Collaborate on integrations connecting PIM, AEM, eCommerce engines, ERP systems, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and middleware.
Requirements & Analysis: Translate complex marketing and eCommerce business requirements into functional specs, technical solutions, user stories, and process workflows.
Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—developers, architects, product owners, business analysts, and marketing executives—within an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
Required Qualifications
Industry Experience: Proven background in digital commerce, marketing technology (MarTech), or digital experience architecture.
PIM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms and product lifecycle management.
Adobe Ecosystem: Deep experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and enterprise content management systems.
eCommerce Architecture: Demonstrated experience working within major digital commerce ecosystems.
Business Analysis: Proven ability to gather client/business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale PIM implementations or large-scale product catalog restructuring.
Familiarity with AEM Assets, AEM Sites, and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
Working knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP services, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Marketing Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
Travel & Work Arrangement
Candidates must be willing and able to work from Minneapolis, Minnesota, based on client's location. Client will pay relocation expenses.
