Job description
Disc Medicine is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing and Operations to lead access marketing initiatives and scale patient access strategies from the Market Access team. The role reports to the VP of Market Access and emphasizes ownership, accountability, and collaboration to advance our hematologic therapies.
The candidate will develop and execute payer marketing tactics, manage budgets, analytics, and cross-functional training while ensuring compliance and ethical leadership.
