Job description
RTX is seeking a technically strong Program/Capture Manager, Associate Director for Advanced Materials at onsite locations including Tucson, AZ. You will lead capture and execution of advanced materials programs, shaping opportunities with DARPA, AFRL, ONR, and managing cross-functional teams across proposals and contracts.
You will mentor staff, coordinate IRAD investments, manage budgets, and represent RTX at conferences, travel as needed to support customers and program objectives.
