Job description
Fujifilm Biotechnologies seeks a seasoned Business Development Director for Advanced Therapies to drive end-to-end CGT/CDMO deals. You will own strategy, shape opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams across R&D, CMC, MSAT, QA/RA, and Legal to land high-value agreements.
You’ll build a dominant pipeline in the US market, engaging senior leaders and executives while shaping proposals and contracts that accelerate sponsor timelines and program success.
