Job description
Catholic Charities Twin Cities in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Senior Director of Asset Management to drive long‑term sustainability for its affordable housing portfolio. You will supervise the Director of Property Management and the Director of Leasing, work with facilities and finance, and partner with the advancement team on capital needs.
The role requires at least five years in affordable housing, LIHTC, and related finance, deep knowledge of LIHTC and Minnesota funding, and strong leadership.
