Job description
Catholic Homes New York seeks a senior platform strategist to lead end-to-end investment lifecycle, from concept through board approval, aligning every transaction with a faith-based mission. You will negotiate LP/GP exits, engineer capital stacks, and drive strategic reporting to the board.
Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in affordable housing or real estate finance, strong modeling skills, and a commitment to serving low-income New Yorkers. Hybrid work supported.
