Red Ventures is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Experience to lead CX within strategic client partnerships and help build the next generation of experience talent.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across experience strategy, research, UX/UI, prototyping, delivery, and AI-enabled experiences. The position follows a hybrid schedule with in-person days in South Charlotte, NC, and optional remote days.
