Job description
MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) seeks a Director, Ambulatory Nursing to provide leadership over MCP’s clinical staff and scope across 100+ clinic locations in South Carolina. You will oversee quality performance, develop and scale clinical policies, and support onboarding and competency in ambulatory workflows.
This role collaborates with senior leaders to standardize operations, improve patient-centered service, and drive efficient care delivery across MUSC Health’s ambulatory network.
