Job description
Georgia Urology is seeking a Director of ASC Clinical Operations to provide clinical and operational leadership for its ambulatory surgery centers, ensuring standardized workflows and compliant, high-quality patient care across all locations.
The role partners with ASC leadership, Nurse Managers and physicians, reporting to the Senior Director, ASCs, to advance goals and optimize staffing, performance data, and patient experience while maintaining accreditation and regulatory standards.
