Job description
Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a senior director to lead asset management compliance, influencing the strategy for CSIM, mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs. You will partner with Wealth and Asset Management, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and the business to enable responsible growth while safeguarding client trust and regulatory integrity.
You will mentor colleagues, engage senior stakeholders, and shape programs that adapt to evolving products, markets, and regulations at enterprise scale.
