Job description
Community-Minded Enterprises (CME) seeks a Director of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio. You will oversee Substance Use Disorder treatment, recovery services, Plan to Work, Foundational Community Supports, and related programs.
You will lead managers and staff, strengthen supervision, ensure compliance, and drive financial sustainability while expanding high‑quality services for Washington communities.
