Braven is seeking a Senior Director to lead BravenX on the Innovation Team, overseeing program growth and partner relationships in NYC or Chicago. You will manage 3-4 full-time staff and collaborate with Insights, Fellow Recruitment, and regional teams to scale impact.
You will shape strategy, drive program outcomes, and build sustainable partnerships with nonprofits and sponsors, ensuring strong student outcomes and organizational growth.
