Job description
YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Director of Building and Grounds to oversee the maintenance and cleaning operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment for members, staff and volunteers.
The role includes supervising employees, managing staff selection, scheduling, training, evaluation, and work quality; addressing maintenance and custodial concerns; and coordinating purchasing, inventory, and safety inspections.
