Job description
Goodwill Industries International in Rockville, MD seeks a Senior Director of Capital Programs and Advisory to lead GMJCS, relaunch the lending platform and advise members on capital strategy. You will oversee lending operations, fundraising and governance, reporting to the VP of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence.
The role drives capital strategy, builds scalable structures, and expands loan products with an experienced, board-facing leadership approach.
