Ripple in New York is seeking an accomplished Capital Markets leader to spearhead XRPL adoption in institutional finance. You will shape RippleX's strategy, form major partnerships with banks and market infrastructure providers, and close complex deals from initiation to closure.
Ideal candidate has 10+ years in capital markets, deep knowledge of digital assets, and a proven ability to translate technology into scalable financial solutions for institutional clients.
