Year Up United is seeking a Senior Director, Career Connect Sales - Team Lead to lead a dedicated sales organization and build employer partnerships nationwide, driving revenue and student outcomes.
The role requires extensive sales leadership, programmatic collaboration, and a commitment to Year Up United's mission. On-site at least two days per week with a hybrid model across eligible U.S. locations.
