Shearer's Foods is seeking a Senior Director, Category Management & Insights to develop category strategies based on consumer insights and data analysis. This role requires a leader who can collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer-centric category leadership in North America.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in category management, with proven expertise in building partnerships with retail customers. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
