Job description
Paychex seeks a Senior Central Channel Leader to drive a comprehensive referral channel strategy for CPA and bank channels, allocating resources and leading cross-functional teams to maximize growth. You will collaborate with internal market teams and external partners to achieve financial targets while ensuring compliance with policy and regulation.
Travel is approximately 50%. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least 15 years in sales and 7 years in leadership.
