Job description
Gap Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Organizational Change Management to lead OCM and Learning & Development for a multi-year enterprise initiative. The role partners with business leaders, HR, PMO, IT, and Communications to ensure changes land successfully and sustainably.
You will build a high-performing team, establish governance, and drive adoption, capability building, and value realization across diverse audiences including field, corporate, technical, and vendor groups.
