Job description
Univar Solutions USA Inc. seeks a Senior Business Director for ChemCare / OSS to own P&L for a $300M revenue, $45M EBITDA business and drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment nationwide.
You will lead a cross-functional team (~90 employees), deliver the Annual Operating Plan across revenue, gross margin and EBITDA, and partner with Finance and Commercial on pricing, Digital tools, and growth initiatives while upholding EH&S standards.
