Job description
The Merrimack Valley YMCA in Lawrence, MA is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee all Out of School Time child care programs. This role partners with the Executive Director of Child Care to ensure high-quality service, regulatory compliance, staff development, and efficient operations across programs.
Responsibilities include budgeting, performance management, program development, and leveraging technology to support enrollment, data analysis, and family engagement.
