Job description
Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director of Clinical Business Development in San Diego to lead sales growth across a defined territory. You will blend strategic farming with hunting, expand existing accounts, and pursue new opportunities with tailored engagement plans.
You will build trusted relationships with decision-makers, orchestrate multi-touchpoint strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop client solutions. Travel up to 40% may be required.
