Job description
Argenta seeks a Director of Quality (Clinical) for its Shawnee, KS location to lead the clinical Quality department across the Americas CRO business. You will drive quality strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and embed quality within operations and facilities using risk- and science-based approaches.
The role requires 10+ years in quality with 4+ years in supervision, experience in GCP/GLP, and strong leadership across multi-functional teams.
