Job description

DaVita Kidney Care seeks a Senior Director, Clinical Services for the Mid-Atlantic market, overseeing 400+ dialysis clinics and hospital programs. You will set the clinical strategy, operationalize initiatives, drive outcomes and patient safety, and lead clinical education across the market while partnering with the Group VP.

This role requires a BSN, active RN license, 10+ years of clinical leadership, and a preference for an advanced degree.
