Job description
HealthCare Partners, MSO is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Services in Garden City, NY to lead the Clinical Services division and partner with the SVP on strategic initiatives. This role oversees UM, Care Management, Population Health, and SNP Model of Care activities to improve outcomes and efficiency.
Responsibilities include driving performance metrics, ensuring compliance with NCQA, CMS, and regulatory standards, and leading cross-functional teams to execute organizational priorities
