Job description
The Senior Director, Cardiovascular & Renal Commercial Development leads global commercial strategy for early- to late-stage assets across multiple indications. This role serves as the commercial lead on R&D product strategy teams, shaping target product profiles, positioning, market shaping, and lifecycle plans. The director evaluates external opportunities, builds business cases for partnerships or acquisitions, and collaborates with regional, access, and insights teams to optimize portfolio value and align investments with therapeutic area strategy.
