Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role focuses on expert guidance, workflow standardization, and scalable processes to deliver exceptional client service and shareholder value.
The ideal candidate will have a P&C license, CPCU and/or CIC, and 5–7+ years of leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency. This is a fully remote role, with onsite requirements possible within a 50-mile radius where needed.
