Job description

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial Property & Casualty operations. Fully remote work with preference for Central Time Zone hours, and onsite hybrid as needed within policy constraints.

You will partner with regional leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, support M&A integration, and elevate client service. Requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred.
