Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to standardize workflows, drive operational excellence, and support growth across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of leadership experience in a large insurance brokerage or agency, an active P&C license, and a CPCU and/or CIC designation.
