Job description
CNA Insurance is seeking a senior claims and litigation strategist to lead the most complex Allied Healthcare Provider claims. You will analyze coverage, liability and damages, drive settlements, and direct litigation management while advising leadership on legal and claim risks.
Partner with Underwriting and other business units on trends and portfolio management. The role focuses on high-severity Allied Health Provider matters with potential expansion into other segments as the team grows.
