Job description
Empower is seeking a Senior Director, Compliance Monitoring and Surveillance to lead a team responsible for detecting and addressing compliance control gaps across front-office functions. You will set strategy, drive risk-based surveillance, and partner with leadership to strengthen the program.
You will guide reporting, KRIs/KPIs, and remediation efforts while ensuring alignment with SEC, FINRA, DOL, and state requirements. A strong people leader with analytics prowess will thrive in this role.
