Job description
Boy s & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) is seeking a Senior Director, Conferences & Events to provide strategic leadership for a diverse portfolio of national, regional, and role-based convenings serving thousands of attendees annually.
This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and up to 40% travel. You will lead a three-manager events team while partnering with BGCA senior leaders, Finance, Legal, and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences and measurable outcomes.
