Job description
Transamerica is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Development to originate, evaluate, negotiate, and execute mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. You will translate market insights and financial impacts into recommendations that support long-term strategy and enterprise value creation.
You will lead complex transactions from evaluation through approval, manage valuation and capital allocation, and advise senior leadership.
