Overview
Senior Director, Corporate & Foundation Relations
Drive large-scale impact by leading strategic corporate and foundation partnerships for a mission-driven organization making a difference every day.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow corporate and foundation support
Lead and inspire a high-performing development team to achieve ambitious revenue goals
Build strong relationships with major donors, stakeholders, and internal leadership
Use data and insights to identify opportunities, retain and upgrade donors, and drive organizational growth
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
12+ years in fundraising/development within large, complex organizations, including 10+ in leadership roles
Proven track record driving revenue, operations, and performance outcomes
Tech- and data-savvy, with a creative approach to donor cultivation and stewardship
Ability to meet a hybrid schedule
