Page Executive is seeking a senior legal leader in New York to manage and lead debt finance transactions across private credit and infrastructure debt. You will oversee diligence, negotiation, and execution, partnering with investment teams to balance legal risk with business objectives.
You will bring 7–15+ years of project/infrastructure finance experience from top firms or in-house at an investment manager, with strong drafting and negotiation skills. Hybrid work in NYC offered.
