Job description
MongoDB is building two connected capabilities to protect and grow our key customer relationships: a Critical Accounts program and a Customer Health Platform, an AI-powered one-stop shop for customer insights. This role owns both end to end—creating the operating rhythm and long-term strategy for Health, with executive reporting and cross-functional alignment.
You will shape the framework, drive KPIs, and lead post-mortems to turn learnings into product priorities and process improvements.
