Job description
Payactiv, a FinTech company in Silicon Valley, seeks a Senior Director of Decision Analytics in Milpitas to lead risk analytics for earned wage access products. You will build forecasting models, decision engines, and risk strategies, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Finance to turn data into actionable decisions.
You will define risk decision strategy, manage a team of data scientists, drive experiments, establish governance, and communicate trade-offs to executives.
