Job description
J.Crew seeks a Director of Technical Design - Women’s Denim, Hard & Soft Wovens to lead a team of technical designers and patternmakers. You will own fit, construction, and quality standards across Denim, Hard Wovens, and Soft Wovens, partnering with Design, Production, and Merchandising to translate creative vision into brand-right product.
You will mentor talent, drive design-to-production processes, and advance PLM workflows while maintaining calendar and cost targets across two brands.
