Job description
Universal Orlando Resort seeks a Senior Director, Digital Technical Production & Guest Data Operations to own the technical production backbone across owned digital channels and to govern guest data enabling commercial activation and measurement.
As a senior leader in the Commercial Operations & Analytics organization, you will translate strategy into scalable execution and lead a high-performing team across technology, analytics, UX/UI, and marketing activation.
